Every project begins with careful planning, with the design process tailored to the scale and complexity of the piece.

For more complex builds, a cardboard model helps establish the structure, proportions and dimensions before construction begins.
Where needed, details can also be developed digitally, helping to refine the design before it is recreated in gingerbread.
The final piece is baked, built and decorated by hand, with details and lighting added to bring the design to life.
